Welcome to our paradise! upon pulling up to the house you'll veer left on the gravel road to the backside of the home. here you'll find a garage door keypad, Enter the code below then ^ --this will open the garage door, feel free to park inside the garage! Just please close upon parking to keep critters from entering;)! the The door to enter the home is closest to the main garage door, this door will be your main point of access, Please make sure to lock sliding door to the pool upon leaving the property and only enter through the garage for privacy purposes

HOUSE RULES & OTHER INFO
➔ If the alarm goes off for any reason, use code 6101 in the alarm keypad by the garage entry door. The alarm should be disarmed, however may be triggered by the back sliding door by the TV area as a safety measure. So please keep this door closed.
➔ We are so happy you are here! Please keep in mind that this is our family’s home when not rented and we ask that you treat it kindly. Enjoy yourself and this special place!
➔ No firearms of any kind permitted. Any trace of firearms / guns / bows brought to the property will be fined and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.
➔ Please note! We do not have an outdoor grill.
➔ WE ARE ON A SEPTIC TANK. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. Anything other than toilet paper, please put into the trash cans.
➔ Absolutely NO SMOKING in our home. Any smoking or vaping must be done outside, SAFELY. Please be sure to pick up any cigarette buds, wrappers, etc and dispose of them properly in a trash can. If this is not honored there will be a fine $
➔ If there is anything missing when you arrive, or any damage done during your stay please report it immediately to us. This is to avoid having any overcharges when you leave.
➔ Water conservation! We love and respect California, We ask if you could please be mindful of water usage during your stay.
➔ NOTE: You are out in nature. You may end up encountering wildlife of many kinds. Please respect and keep your distance from any and all wild animals, as they are just that-- WILD! :) And although we don't see them often, please keep an eye out for snakes in the brush, or in the sand. You can find snake safety info here. Remember, in the event of any emergencies, CALL 911.

HOT TUB HEATING
➔ Hot tub takes about 1 hour to heat. Please note, guests are charged for their hot tub heating propane use.
➔ Pool takes about 1-2 days to heat depending on the ambient temperature. Please note, guests are charged for their pool heating propane use.
➔ Click HERE for hot tub heating instructions. For pool heating, you must notify us 7 days in advance of your stay.

CHECKOUT
➔ Check out time is 10 am. Please adhere to this timing to ensure our home can be prepared for the next guests.
➔ Turn off all TVs and lights, and return all remotes to their respective places. Replacements for these items are $50 each.
➔ Please clean up / gather all your trash and food items (bags under the kitchen sink), tie them up, and place it in the trash cans outside. (Blue Recycle, Grey Trash)
➔ Hang any used towels on the towel racks in the bathrooms.
➔Please be mindful to leave the doors closed, AC costs are extremely high these days!
➔Please make sure the curtains do not get shut between the doors causing damages.
➔Please ensure, doors are locked upon your departure.(Master, Pool door, Back sliding door and front door.)
➔ Please return pool floats to the garage as the wind will grab them and the cactus' love to pop them!
➔ Please turn off all AC'S (3 total) and turn off all the lights.
